Late in June, Reebok unveiled a modernized take on the iconic Reebok Classic Leather with the help of Los Angeles-based label PLEASURES. What resulted was the Reebok Classic Leather Legacy, a model that paid proper tribute to the 1983 runner but added a further lifestyle twist through a contemporary midsole that added some height and extra cushioning to the silhouette.
According to recent press releases, this model also nods to the Reebok Aztec from 1979 and implements breathable nylon mesh, suede overlays and a high quality leather lining. Yellow, royal blue and orange create the perfect contrast while a lighter electric blue meshes with yellow and red on the other pair.
Both colorways will be available August 14 at select retailers like 43einhalb for €100. In other footwear related news, Under Armour officially unveiled Joel Embiid's debut signature sneaker in the NBA bubble this past week. The UA Embiid One "Origin" will release this September.
