The posthumous Mac Miller tracks keep surfacing as of late. Following the release of the Metro Boomin-produced single “Real” just yesterday, Anderson .Paak's band Free National and their "Time" single marks the first official posthumous single from the late rapper. The track also features Kali Uchis and made its premiere on Zane Lowe's Beats 1 Radio show.
.Paak announced the single earlier in the week by sharing the single's artwork on social media along with the caption, "6/12 be ready." The duo were close and .Paak even paid tribute to Miller during his Coachella set. “One hand in the air for my brother, I miss him so much," he said as he performed their shard track "Dang!"
Free Nationals are gearing up for their debut album, would should be landing soon. On the other-hand, Miller's final album Swimming was released in August 2018 and garnered a GRAMMY nomination for Best Rap album.
In more music-related news, Lil Jon returned with his crunk flow on "Ain't No Tellin'" featuring Mac Dre.
