Stafford Brothers recreate ‘Flashdance’ like never before with ‘Love Cliche’

After a brief hiatus from releases, beloved Australian exports Stafford Brothers clearly haven’t lost their sense of humor.

“Love Cliche,” the duo’s first single since 2016’s “Coventry Carol,” comes with one of the most inventive music videos we’ve seen in while. Recreating 1983 hit Flashdance‘s epic ending with uncanny precision, the hilarious remake is fueled by one of the act’s catchiest crossover moments to date. From an act that has rubbed shoulders with Lil Wayne, Rick Ross and T.I. along the line, it isn’t surprising to hear such a confident single from the brotherly act. “Love Cliche” is as infectious to listen to as its official video is to have on repeat.
